Report an outdated detail
If you find a schedule, phone number, registration step, service URL or other patient-service detail that appears outdated, contact the publisher and include the page URL plus the information you believe has changed.

How we review a correction
Operational corrections are checked against an official PGIMER source where available before the public page is changed. A third-party page, social post or comment can alert us to a problem, but it does not automatically override the hospital source.
